Well our little friend posted 15 odd posts yesterday , heavily concentrated in the 'He's Gone" thread . Many of you that missed your personalized response I'm sure are crushed . We all know it is a one note song , so it's easy to make up your own response to your post . Not so much on the Cap Lock , in the beginning .... Different handle too .
To finish up , mostly we all suck b/c we don't understand FoS .... snooze , combined with some of the usual scapegoating . Though BD brought the Constitutional Law to the hole , baby . Wowza BD ! You need to warn me (others) when you shift out of playtime/fun BD to I'm gonna smash my lawyer over your head BD .
And this morning it's all gone . It appears that JK /IA ain't backing down . They may have to take the hill several (many) more times . Hopefully they have the stomach .

Is that way I had about a dozen response notifications this morning that said "thread has been removed"? I wondered.

Yup; that is what that means...or, if a poster replies, decides it wasn't appropriate (or whatever), and modifies by deletion, prior to you "checking on it", this happens as well.

Yes, I followed it all to see what would happen. The tone was unmistakable, just the handle was new. It looked to me like everyone had finally learned the lesson - do not respond. Backflow preventer valve tightened up.

Back at ya... we enjoyed Tucson over Thanksgiving, although it wasn't much warmer than here in NYC. Next time out maybe meet up for a libation?

One of the best things to come out of the episode was the 'free speech' discussion. By and large we acquitted ourselves pretty well, I felt.

Then, no one responded as uj brought up . That was the first time I've seen that (albeit it wasn't a Tuesday @11A.M. EST.).
And Ring, maybe it was providential/fateful you were out. There's a reason for all that deleting. Maybe b/c the clarity and succinctness of your points (in that thread only of course ;-).

No one did directly respond. However, I would advise that to continue to perseverate on that topic would be unwise.

The Atlanta Rhythm Section to Macbeth (killer scene-Ha!)
is a trip I've never taken . My Dad used to listen to ARS , but I was young and wasn't that into it .
Bill , your posts have a jovial nature about them these days . Christmas spirit or a small drought of Christmas cheer ? ;-)
